Pops in Burr Park with the Creative Arts Guild Chamber Orchestra

Part of the Off the Rails Summer Concert Series, Pops in Burr Park brings together the talent of professional musicians & vocalists, pre-professional dancers of Ballet Dalton, and community members to present this FREE performance in celebration of Independence Day. Made popular by the Boston Pops, 'pops' is a collection of popular semi-classical orchestral arrangements performed in celebration of the July 4th holiday by different groups around the country.

Pops in Burr Park features live music by the Creative Arts Guild Chamber Orchestra & Guest Vocalists, an appearance by dancers of Ballet Dalton, a community kids choir, and of course it all ends with a beautiful fireworks display set to music!

*FREE Kids Craft Area open from 5:30-8:00

*Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Drinks, DQ Blizzards, and Glow/Light-Up Goodies for sale starting at 5:30pm at the Guild Concession area on S. Hamilton Street; Beer & wine available at the Burr Park Concession window starting at 6:30pm
