Creative Embroidery Camp (10-14yo)

In this workshop, your child will be taught the basics of hand embroidery including the tools used (and how to safely use them), how to start a project, and the basic stitches used to create their own embroidery hoop art. The students will leave the class with the knowledge to complete an embroidery hoop from start to finish. Participants should not expect to complete his/her project during class time but will leave with their tools and supplies so they may finish their projects outside of class. No prior sewing or needlework skills are required, just the willingness to try something new and the ability to be safe with sharp objects.
